RETURN POLICY

Our Products have an 8-day Guarantee once the purchase has been made, and only covers a defect in the product related to its manufacture.

It is a requirement that when you open your package, you make a video and send it to: [email protected] in order to verify that the order arrived complete and in good condition.

In the event of a defect caused by a use other than the purpose for which it was manufactured, the responsibility will be the buyer's and no return will be accepted.

In case of being discontinued products, they do not have a guarantee and there is no return.

To make a claim for product failure, you must write to [email protected] indicating the order number, name of the product, your name, detail of the failure (include photos of the defect) and your Video.
The video is a security measure for both the Client and Mojate Hoy, to verify that the delivery company fulfilled its mission properly.

The shipping companies work together with Mojate Hoy, but their operations and service are independent, so we do not have any interference with them.
