What is the warranty of the products?
Our Products have an 8-day Guarantee once the purchase has been made, and only covers a defect in the product related to its manufacture.
It is a requirement that when you open your package, you make a video and send it to: [email protected] in order to verify that the order arrived complete and in good condition.
In the event of a defect caused by a use other than the purpose for which it was manufactured, the responsibility will be the buyer's and no return will be accepted.
In case of being discontinued products, they do not have a guarantee.
To make a claim for product failure, you must write to [email protected] indicating the order number, name of the product, your name and details of the failure (include photos of the defect).
What is the shipping cost?
If the purchase made exceeds $2000, the customer will enjoy the benefit of FREE SHIPPING. Otherwise, if you want to receive it at your home, when making the purchase the system will indicate the exact amount of shipping to be paid in the shopping cart, prior to payment.

How is sending realized?
You will select the shipping method, provide your C.P. from there the system will automatically be in charge of calculating the shipping cost, which is additional to the cost of the product
The buyer may choose to pick up their product(s) at the physical address.
In case of selecting WITHDRAWAL BY BRANCH, it is OBLIGATORY that the buyer present the original and a photocopy of the Official Identification in order to corroborate the identity at the time of delivery of the purchase.
The withdrawal is NOT immediate, since each order must be prepared and may take 24/48 business hours. We suggest always checking WhatsApp: 55 3497.3521 for the status of the order.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
From the date the payment is credited, which can take up to 3 business days, delivery takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on the delivery location.
These times are ESTIMATED, since it depends on the company contracted for the shipment and we cannot handle it 100% ourselves.
In periods of CyberMonday / BlackFriday / CyberOffers / Good End / Christmas / New Year / Mother or Father Day / and similar promotions, delivery times are usually longer.
What happens if no one receives my order?
The postal company will try to deliver it a second time, and in both cases it will leave a record of a visit to the home. If after the second visit no one receives the order, the product will be found for 72 hours at the private mail branch that is detailed in the visit record. You must go there with the certificate where the shipping number (tracking) appears
If the product I like is not in stock and I have already paid for it, what do I do?
We regularly keep the products advertised in our store in stock, however it could be the case that the product is out of stock or there is a variation in the color of the Sex Toys, in these cases, we will be informing the client through a WhatsApp message for:
1.- Inform you when we have the desired product again.
2.- Give you the Option to select another item (same price) or a different color of the Sex Toy.

How to Identify the Products on Sale? Can the discounts be accumulated?
The participating products will be easily identifiable since they will have a Regular Price and a Sale Price, or a Label indicating that they are on sale. Discounts CANNOT BE COMBINED with other promotions and discount coupons, the Offer price will always be indicated.
